This industrial heavy duty safety beam clamp (also known as a heavy duty locking beam clamp, steel beam clamp or tiger clamp) is a high-strength mechanical connector for steel structure buildings and MEP installation systems. The one-piece cast body includes a lock nut on the top set screw to help maintain clamp position in vibration-prone industrial environments.

No welding or drilling is required—the clamp locks quickly onto I-beam, H-section and channel flanges. Tightening the top bolt grips the flange firmly inside the jaw, providing a secure structural support point for threaded rod, suspension rings and mechanical equipment below the beam.
