1. Product Overview

This industrial heavy duty pressed steel beam clamp (also known as a heavy duty stamped steel beam clamp or thick-plate I-beam clip) is formed from thickened high-strength carbon steel through precision heavy-duty stamping, with full electro-galvanized corrosion protection. As a high-capacity, lightweight mechanical fastener, it locks quickly onto I-beam, H-section and channel flanges without welding or drilling.

The top features an extended quenched set screw and lock nut; the lower contact lip includes deep serrated anti-slip teeth. Tightening the bolt grips the flange firmly inside the jaw, providing secure mechanical support for all-thread rod, suspension rings and heavy MEP systems below the beam.

2. Product Features

  • Heavy duty pressed steel construction: Formed from thickened premium carbon steel—higher mechanical strength and bending toughness than standard stamped clamps; dense structure resists cracking and deformation under heavy tensile loads.
  • Deep serrated jaw bite: Precision-stamped deep serrations on the lower contact surface embed into the flange for strong anti-slip grip and resistance to displacement.
  • Extended bolt with lock nut: Long high-strength hex set screw accommodates a wider range of flange thicknesses; lock nut locks bolt position after tightening to help resist loosening from heavy industrial vibration.
  • Non-destructive installation: Pure mechanical clamping—no holes, welds or permanent changes to the beam, preserving original steel strength and protective coatings.
  • Full electro-galvanized finish: Dense industrial zinc plating with smooth appearance—excellent rust, corrosion and oxidation resistance.

3. Product Advantages

  • Thick-plate heavy stamping for high load capacity and tensile toughness
  • Dual anti-slip and anti-loosening—serrated jaw plus quenched set screw and lock nut
  • No drilling or welding—spark-free mechanical installation with lower site risk
  • Fast one-person installation with common hand tools
  • Removable and repositionable for adjustment and pipeline maintenance

4. Application Scenarios

Widely used in heavy steel-framed buildings, industrial plants and MEP projects as a connection node for suspension and support systems:

  • Building MEP systems: Fire sprinkler piping, HVAC ductwork, plumbing lines and integrated utility suspension on threaded rod.
  • Electrical installation: Heavy cable tray, cable channel, conduit support, industrial lighting and distribution equipment.
  • Steel-framed buildings: Industrial plants, warehousing and logistics centers—suspension points for fans, acoustic barriers, signage and shop-floor accessories along I-beam flanges.
  • Industrial facilities: Pipe support frames, all-thread rod suspension nodes and equipment mounting in utility corridors.
