Beam Clamps
Industrial pressed steel beam clamp precision-stamped from high-strength carbon steel with full electro-galvanized finish. Serrated lower jaw, hardened set screw and lock nut—mechanical clamping without welding or drilling for MEP piping, cable tray, HVAC duct and threaded-rod suspension on I-beam, H-beam and channel flanges.
Request a QuoteThis industrial pressed steel beam clamp (also known as a stamped steel beam clamp or steel plate I-beam clip) is formed from high-strength carbon steel plate through precision stamping, with full electro-galvanized corrosion protection. As a lightweight, high-strength mechanical fastener, it attaches quickly to I-beam, H-section and channel flanges without welding or drilling.
The top features a quenched high-strength set screw and lock nut; the lower contact lip includes serrated anti-slip teeth. Tightening the bolt grips the flange firmly inside the jaw, providing stable mechanical support for all-thread rod, suspension rings and MEP systems below the beam.
Widely used in steel-framed buildings, industrial plants and MEP projects as a connection node for suspension and support systems:
